Joleen Constantis
Principal Designer
Joleen is the Owner of and Principal Designer at Volume’s of Space. With a passion for colour, architecture and design, and 20+ years of experience in the industry, she is committed to helping bring your design vision to life. From consultations and brainstorming, to design, renovations and everything in between, Joleen is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
With career beginnings in the kitchen and bath industry, Joleen has since acquired multiple certificates from the National Kitchen and Bath Association and qualified with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to design for the public under the guidance of the Ontario Building Code (BCIN # 27755). She stays up-to-date on evolving design regulations, standards and trends by attending industry trade shows, supplier showrooms and galleries, and relevant seminars.
With an endless energy and enthusiasm for design, Joleen pushed herself to venture into own business roughly 13 years ago, and incorporated Volumes of Space Inc. over five years ago. She firmly believes that every project is worthy of the best design. This approach has resulted in a business that offers a full spectrum of services and flexibility for clients. With strong attention to detail, endless creativity and a highly-skilled team of craftspeople and contractors, Joleen has proudly developed a reputation for going above and beyond the expectations of each and every client.
Kelly Ross
Senior Designer
Kelly approaches every project with creativity and pragmatism. Her effective approach is the result of an education and 15+ experience in both business and design. Kelly has experience in residential interior and architectural design, which originally took place in Toronto, but, in recent years, within her hometown of Guelph. Kelly’s diverse experience includes interior design and project management for whole home renovations, architectural design and building permit services for renovations and additions, detailed kitchen and millwork design, and green building science consulting. Kelly is a qualified designer with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (BCIN #38260).
In addition to her work in design, Kelly is also a licensed Realtor® – if it has anything to do with houses, she’s interested! The advantage of this combination of skill sets is two-fold. For her design clients, Kelly can advise on which upgrades will improve resale value. For her real estate clients, Kelly uses her design vision to help them find that diamond in the rough.
While adept in all areas of residential design, Kelly particularly excels at and has an interest in thoughtful and efficient use of space. She believes that bigger does not necessarily mean better, and treats every job, big and small, with the same amount of effort, dedication and enthusiasm. Kelly likes to bring forward innovative ideas, skillfully guiding her clients through the design process to create the best possible living spaces for both their needs and enjoyment.
Dave Dekeyser
Electrician
Dave Dekeyser is the owner of Dekeyser Electrical, a Guelph-based company that is locally owned and operated. He is proud to provide outstanding electrical service to both residential and commercial clients. Dave is a master electrician with over 20 years of experience. He is an active member of the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) and a fully insured contractor. His work is precise and his job sites are meticulously kept. In addition, a calm demeanor and ability to problem solve are invaluable on the job site, particularly when unexpected surprises are uncovered. Whether it’s replacing a light fixture or a complete electrical system, Dave provides high caliber, efficient and professional service.

Noah Klar is the owner of Clarity Construction Group, a Guelph-based general contracting company that specializes in both custom builds and renovations as well as prefab modular housing. Dennis Waechter
General Contractor - Medium to Large Projects
Dennis Waechter of Renvolution is a jack of all trades and acts as our general contractor for a wide range of projects. He has 16 years of experience, which started with his apprenticeship at Braden Homes, building energy efficient custom homes from the ground up. Dennis started his own company in 2009. Since then he has worked hard to grow his client referral base in Guelph and surrounding areas, with a reputation for both quality craftsmanship and ingenuity.
The act of transforming a space is his favourite part of the job. Whether it’s knocking out a wall or moving things around, the challenge of coming up with a creative solution to a problem that arises on the spot is what drives his passion. For Dennis, there is nothing better than being able to take his clients ideas and turn them into reality.

Landscaper
Nathan’s foundation is in construction, having worked on job sites for the past 30 years. Combining a degree in landscape architecture with a business foundation rooted in excellent customer service, Nathan and the team at Escape Designs create unique outdoors spaces to meet and exceed their client’s every need and want.
Nathan is known for his high standards and expectations. He finds inspiration from many sources of modern architectural styles and values the practical notion of preservation. He abides by a set of strong sustainable guidelines, enhanced by a practical intention to use the best possible materials for each project.
Marcel Jordan
Custom Signage & Wood Furniture
Marcel Jordan brings 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and fabrication industry to every project. He has experience working with materials ranging from all types of metals, wood, plastics, and stone, among many other varieties. He prides himself on using precise CNC technology and new fabrication methods to create exciting new projects, while transforming reclaimed wood and salvaged materials.
Marcel specializes in creatively illustrating his clients branding message with signage for their home or business. He takes great care in guiding his clients through the creative process from concept, production, to completion with final delivery and installation.
James Obermeyer
Painter
James Obermeyer has been our fast and reliable painter for both large and small projects for many years. He has the ability to paint the entire home exterior, from siding, soffits and eaves, to doors, window frames, decks and more! This expertise undoubtedly comes in handy when we are transforming our clients homes from the outside in and adding some much needed curb appeal. That being said, a home interior is a walk in the park for this professional painter, who can handle all of the detailed trim and millwork we send his way. James is an overall well rounded painter that can handle any level of complexity and does it with an easy going demeanor and a big smile!
David Ceppi
Plumber
David Ceppi is the owner and journeyman plumber of Custom Plumbing Solutions Inc., a small family operated plumbing business that specialize in residential and commercial plumbing. David and his team are able to plumb new builds, renovations, retro-fits, re-models, as well as facilitate all of your typical plumbing repairs. His primary focus is building solid relationships with his clientele, in order to ensure that customer service and quality is always a priority. He has acquired 30 years of experience and knowledge in the construction and plumbing industries making him familiar with every aspect of operations, and how to improve upon their efficiencies and sustainability. Dave goes the extra mile by educating and explaining the plumbing processes to every client, to ensure that they know the “what” and the “why”… helping us all to see beyond the pipes!
